Description
- Please remember that all residents of the Town of German Flatts (including the Villages of Mohawk and Ilion) must license their dogs with the Town of German Flatts Clerk.
- Residents must also report promptly to the Town of German Flatts Clerk the death of any dog or the ownership transfer of any dog.

Town of German Flatts - The Town of German Flatts would like to remind all residents that ALL dogs must be licensed in the Town, including the Villages of Ilion and Mohawk. License fees are $7.00 for dogs that are spayed or neutered and. $15.00 for dogs not spayed or neutered. Items needed at time of licensing are up to date rabies vaccination certificate and proof of spayed or neutered certificate. Licenses are good for 1 year and may be purchased at the Town of German Flatts clerk's office, 66 East Main Street, Mohawk, NY 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday. Please call 315-866-1370 with any questions. Dogs picked up without licenses may be subject to tickets from Dog Control Officer.
